Board & Train

We Do the Training for You

This is not a backyard-only or kennel-based board & train.

Your dog is trained in the real world on trails, in public spaces, around people, dogs, distractions, and everyday life. We focus on building dogs that can exist with you, not just perform commands in controlled environments.

Our Board & Train programs run 4–8 weeks, during which your dog lives with us and trains daily through real experiences not repetitions in isolation.

Your dog will:

  • Hike and explore natural environments

  • Learn engagement and reliability around distractions

  • Practice neutrality and confidence around people and dogs

  • Participate in structured group class settings to build real-world skills

  • Learn how to play, work, and exist well and confidently in public

This approach creates dogs that are not just obedient but fulfilled, confident, and connected.

Play-Based. Relationship-Driven. Proven.

We train through appropriate play, not overwhelming or robotic routines.

Using tug, fetch, and personal play, we:

  • Build motivation and engagement

  • Create clear communication

  • Teach boundaries without shutting dogs down

  • Make learning enjoyable and sustainable

Play isn’t random it’s intentional. It becomes the bridge between freedom and control, allowing training to stick in real-world environments.

Support That Doesn’t End at Go-Home

Training doesn’t stop when your dog goes home and neither do we.

Your program includes:

  • Unlimited one-on-one follow-up sessions

  • Coaching using the same methods your dog learned

  • A 30+ page comprehensive training guide covering:

    • Skills learned

    • How to maintain progress

    • Structure, play, and daily integration

    • Long-term success strategies.
