• Board & Train programs

• Private training sessions

All services are designed to support dog owners in training and behavior development.

2. No Guarantees

Dog training results vary based on numerous factors including the dog’s temperament, consistency of training, and owner participation.

For this reason, Leash and Lead K9s does not guarantee specific results from training services.

3. Payments

Payments for services may be made through our website using Stripe.

By submitting payment, you agree to the pricing and terms associated with the selected training program.

All payments must be completed before services are rendered unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of training services and reserved scheduling time, we do not offer refunds once a service or training package has been purchased.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling

Training sessions are scheduled through our online booking system or directly with a Leash & Lead K9s trainer (via phone, text, or email).

Rescheduling

Clients must provide 24 hours notice to reschedule a session.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in the session being counted as used.

Session Rollover

Up to one unused session may roll over for one month, after which the session expires.

Pausing or Cancelling Ongoing Programs

Clients must provide 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to pause or cancel services.

6. Client Responsibility

Training success depends heavily on consistent reinforcement by the owner. Clients agree to follow trainer guidance and actively participate in the training process when required.

7. Training Equipment

Our training methods may include the use of tools such as:

• E-collars

• Prong collars

• Off-leash training techniques

These tools are used responsibly and appropriately within the training process. By participating in our services, clients acknowledge and accept the use of these training methods.

8. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent risks. By participating in training services, clients acknowledge that interactions between dogs and people carry the possibility of injury or property damage.

Clients agree that they assume responsibility for their dog’s behavior and agree to release and hold harmless Leash and Lead K9s from liability arising from participation in training services, except where prohibited by law.

9. Media Release

Leash and Lead K9s may photograph or record dogs during training sessions for educational or promotional purposes.

Clients may request to opt out of media use by notifying us.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Leash and Lead K9s and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase services or enter into agreements with Leash and Lead K9s.
